Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VES app or website (the "Service"), operated by VES ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to use the Service to:
VES has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report the user or the content, or block the user, directly within the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these Terms, and suspend or permanently remove the accounts of users who post it.
You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service (your profile information, posts, and messages). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and, where applicable, to the other users you share it with. You're solely responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it.
The Service itself — its design, features, and branding — is owned by VES and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any opportunity, connection, or outcome posted or facilitated through the Service will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
